Corner Cutting Systems

II. Models


SINGLE HEAD - Corner Cutter Model AEC1

A pile, up to 95 mm (3-3/4”) high, is placed snugly against the angled guides. A foot pedal is operated and a pneumatically operated plunger clamps the pile top to bottom. Two buttons, at opposite ends of the table on the cabinet, are activated simultaneously. The material is cut by a ‘blade and die’ action, driven by a pneumatic cylinder which automatically returns the blades to the top position after each cut.

No electrical supply required, control and operation is pneumatic.


DUPLEX - Electro-Mechanical Corner Cutters Models F1, F2, F3, F4

The machines simultaneously round 2 corners of piles of paper, board or synthetic materials.

A pile, up to 152 mm (6”) high, is placed snugly against the rear and left hand guides. A trigger block is placed against the front of the pile and then the trigger and a button on the cabinet are activated simultaneously. The right hand cutting head jogs in, squaring the pile side to side. Plungers, attached to a beam, clamp the pile top to bottom. The material is cut by a ‘blade and die’ action, driven by a single cycle motor which automatically returns the blades to the top position after each cut.
